As seen on the Food Network, the TV series Summer Rush. The Chateau sits on lakefront property on Lake George in Bolton Landing NY, serving seafood, organic meats & lamb. The restored 1800s private home now serves as 1 of the Top 100 Restaurants in America (two-time awarded). Our second and third Flordia locations Anna Maria Island and Sasasota interpret our brand with a southern twist. Our food is “French-inspired.” My wife is first-generation Italian, which means everyone must feel part of the family. I am French and Irish, which means having a great wine collection is dangerous (remember, I am half-Irish). Jen and I often visit her family in Italy. We love traveling the US.
